1. Introduction

1.1. Newway Signature Care (“Signature Care”) is a premium support program provided by Newway Systems Pte Ltd (“Newway”).

1.2. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern eligibility, benefits, usage, and limitations of the Signature Care program.

1.3. By enrolling in Signature Care, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to comply with all Terms stated herein.

2. Eligibility & Qualification

2.1 Qualification Through Installation

Customers qualify for Signature Care upon meeting both of the following conditions:

Purchase of an Air Conditioning System with Enhanced Protection Package; and

Enrolment in a 1-year quarterly servicing package.

2.2 Qualification Through Servicing Package

Customers qualify for Signature Care upon enrolling in:

A 2-year servicing package;

With a minimum servicing frequency of quarterly sessions.

2.3 Contract-Based Validity

Signature Care remains valid only for the duration of the active servicing contract.

Upon contract renewal or extension, eligibility will automatically follow the new contract period.

Example:

If a customer signs a 2-year contract from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2026, Signature Care benefits remain valid until 31 December 2026.

If a customer qualifies through installation with the enhanced protection package with a 1-year quarterly contract package starting 1 January 2025, Signature Care will expire on 31 December 2025.

3. Signature Care Benefits

3.1 Dedicated Signature Care Support

Access to an exclusive Signature Care support line for booking servicing appointments, technical assistance, and priority response handling.

3.2 Priority Appointment Bookings

Priority appointment slot at the next immediate availability, subject to operational hours, availability of servicing teams, and validity of active contract.

3.3 10% Signature Discount on Standard Services

Customers receive a 10% discount on all standard maintenance services including IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) services.

Exclusions apply: equipment parts, machineries, specialised tools, materials, and refrigerants.

Discounts cannot be combined with ongoing promotions unless otherwise stated.

3.4 Complimentary Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Testing

Customers are entitled to one complimentary IAQ assessment per contract year, limited to single-parameter testing according to in-house testing methods.

3.4.1 Single-Parameter Scope

The complimentary single-parameter IAQ test includes one of the following 11 parameters:

  • Air Movement
  • Air Temperature
  • Carbon Dioxide
  • Carbon Monoxide
  • Formaldehyde
  • Relative Humidity
  • Respirable Suspended Particles (PM10)
  • Respirable Suspended Particles (PM2.5)
  • Total Viable Bacterial Count
  • Total Viable Fungal Count
  • Total Volatile Organic Compounds

3.4.2 Additional Parameters and Further Testing

Additional parameters and further testing beyond the complimentary single parameter will be charged based on Newway’s standard IAQ price guide, less 10% Signature Care discount, subject to availability of measurement devices and lab analysis schedules.

3.4.3 Lab Analysis

In-house laboratory analysis will be conducted where applicable. Report turnaround times may vary based on lab workload.

4. Usage of Benefits

Benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the premises and contract under which the Customer qualified.

Benefits may be used only during the active contract period.

Missed or unused annual benefits (such as IAQ testing) do not carry forward.

5. Termination & Changes

Signature Care benefits automatically terminate upon contract expiration, cancellation, or failure to fulfil payment obligations. All monies paid are strictly non-refundable.

Newway reserves the right to modify program benefits, amend these Terms, or discontinue Signature Care. Any changes will be communicated through official Newway channels.

6. Limitation of Liability

Newway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in Signature Care.

All services remain subject to Newway’s general service terms, warranties, and operational constraints.
